Spring marks the time for spring cleaning, not just in your home, but in your body, mind and spirit. It is natural for your body to start detoxing on its own at this time. We notice this process in the form of: headaches; aches and pains in the body; fatigue; stress; sinus discomfort and extra mucus in the body; weight changes; emotional distress; changes in sleep habits; poor memory, boredom or busy mind; re-evaluation of spiritual beliefs; old injuries, wounds, traumas and past hurts presenting themselves again for us to acknowledge, further heal and revitalize our health. As we take time to nurture and support our needs in this cleansing process, we grow and strengthen.
