Join Wild Heart Wellness on a spiritual journey with Denise Linn's book, "Soul Coaching". It is four one-week periods with each week dedicated to one of the four elements - Air, Water, Fire and Earth. By activating these elements within us, we can also activate quadrants of our souls.

Overview of the 28-Day Soul-Coaching Program:
* Days 1-7 are devoted to the properties of Air and are associated with clearing mental debris.
* Days 8-14 are devoted to the properties of Water and are associated with connecting to your emotional self.
* Days 15-21 are devoted to the properties of Fire and are associated with clearing the shadows from your spiritual self.
* Days 22-28 are devoted to the properties of Earth and are associated with strengthening your physical self.

AIR WEEK - The Next Seven Days
For the next seven days when you first wake up in the morning, focus on the air around you. Concentrate on the air as it enters your lungs as you imagine inhaling self-acceptance and exhaling self-judgment. By doing this, you will be activating the Spirit of Air that dwells within and around you.

During Air Week:
* Assess and evaluate your life.
* Clear out your clutter (if you do not love or use it, get rid of it).
* Make commitments that empower you.
* Do things you have been putting off or make a plan for doing them.
* Organize papers/answer letters/make post-poned calls.
* Pay bills or make a planned schedule to pay bills.
* Organize your home and office space.
* Examine your core beliefs.
* Breathe/become aware of the quality of the air you breathe.
* Notice the sounds in your environment/listen to inspiring music.
* Sing/shout/use your voice.
* Communicate your truth.

DAY 1 (AIR): Life Assessment
* Affirmation for the Day is, "My evaluation of myself is not who I am."  (Continually affirm this throughout the day.)
* Periodically take deep breaths, visualizing life-force energy filling your lungs and your body.
* Where are you in your life regarding your health, relationships, finances, career, creativity, and spiritual fulfillment. Write out your intention for the next 28 days.
* Where would you like to be?

Sometimes there is distance from where we are now in our lives and where we would like to be. Sometimes we just need to take small steps to bridge that gap. Sometimes we need to leap. Notice the areas of your life where the rift is the greatest.  (Take note below of your greatest rifts and blocks.)

-Self-esteem -Resentment/bitterness -Putting the needs of others before your needs - Shame/guilt - Worry/frustration -Anger/irritation -Fear (of failure/ success/ intimacy/ commitment/ taking risks, and so on) -Being busy and overwhelmed -Self-motivation -Creativity -Joy/Enthusiasm -Inner peace/contentment/fulfillment -Relationships with friends -Relationship with lover(s) -Relationships with family members -Relationship with God /Spirit /The Creator -Forgiving yourself and others -Sexuality -Your past -Job/work/career -Finances/abundance -Physical health

* Do you feel safe and protected in your bedroom?
* Do you sleep well with insightful dreams?
* Does your kitchen help you feel energized, nourished and creative?
* Does the energy in your bathroom feel cleansing, comfortable and purifying?
* Is your living room inviting, a safe haven for you, clutter free and bring your energy up?
* Is your dining room a pleasant, sensual experience?
* Does your garage/basement/attic only store objects you use or love?
* Is your home clean, cared for, welcoming, organized, healthy and vibrant with photographs of people whom you love and cherish and love and cherish you?
* Does your automobile feel cared for and do you feel protected in your vehicle?
* Do you love your work? Feel creative and inspired at work? Enjoy the other people? Feel constant growth? Feel appreciated? Feel that your work is healthy for your body and soul?

People who fail to make changes in their life usually get stopped by frustration, which is then followed by procrastination. When you feel frustrated, see this as an opportunity to strengthen your soul. Breathe deeply, take a risk, and vigorously plunge ahead knowing that there is clarity on the other side.

Take the time to answer the above questions and write everything down so you can keep track of your progress.  Be honest with yourself, have fun and good luck.   See you on DAY 2.
