Today you have the opportunity to begin to manifest a future that will nourish your soul.
Affirmation for the Day

Today
Act today in accordance with whom you desire to be tomorrow. Tomorrow's future is being created today, and today is yesterday's future. In other words, your future is created now. If whom you desire to be in the future is strong, beautiful, and fit, act as if you are these qualities now. Do not slump your shoulders and drag your feet - stand tall, square your head on your shoulders, and walk with confidence and deliberation. As you feel it, so you become it. This is a simple yet powerful truth.
Close your eyes and spend 15 minutes visualizing an amazing future, like a movie. Imagine yourself in the future doing something that would nourish your soul. Immerse yourself so much in the experience that it feels real. By doing so, you are projecting the energy into the future so it can draw to it the forces it needs to manifest. Affirm to yourself: "This, or something better for my highest good, will come to fruition".

Karen helps women who are facing challenges in their health. She grew up farming and ranching with her family in southern Alberta for many years before she ventured out to Vancouver Island to study natural health. Studying and practicing natural health helped her uncover her passion in life - to help each unique individual feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. From there she was able to take what she knew to teach others, empowering them to help themselves, and the people around them. With the support of her family she was able to follow her dream and eleven years later she returned to Alberta where she shares her passion of natural health with her home province.
