FINAL DAY 28 (EARTH): A Circle of Love
Welcome to the last day. We have spent a month clearing away inner and outer clutter leaving a capacity to love ourselves, love others, and love God/Buddha/Allah/Universe etc.

TodayContinually remind yourself that no matter what judgments you make, every experience you have is allowing you to evolve as a spiritual being. Remind yourself that everything today is for your ultimate highest good, even if you judge it as a bad, boring, demeaning, or worthless experience.
Meditate on the sky. Visualize a sparkling spring morning with no clouds. The sky is completely clear - breathe in this clarity. Absorb the vastness into your soul. Become one with the sky. Then, imagine yourself in a beautiful, fresh mountain meadow. As you stand in the centre of an ancient and sacred circle of stones, you find yourself surrounded by a circle of love. All around you are people who love you, angelic beings, and wise ones from the realm of spirit. They are radiating incredible love and healing energy to you.

Karen helps women who are facing challenges in their health. She grew up farming and ranching with her family in southern Alberta for many years before she ventured out to Vancouver Island to study natural health. Studying and practicing natural health helped her uncover her passion in life - to help each unique individual feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. From there she was able to take what she knew to teach others, empowering them to help themselves, and the people around them. With the support of her family she was able to follow her dream and eleven years later she returned to Alberta where she shares her passion of natural health with her home province.
