DAY 4 - (Air): Where are we now in our lives?
This is where we notice old patterns, old stuff, and blocks that come to the surface. Remember, we are not our identity. It's time to examine the ego, self-concept, beliefs and rules about our lives. Observe with a sense of humor.
Affirmation
"I love and accept who I am, and who I am is enough."
Today
Observe your life while you hold the thought that the events of your life today are neither good nor bad - they are just the events of the day. They are only good or bad depending on the meaning that we give them.
Observe the thoughts and situations around you. Become the Sacred Observer. If you discern that your language is filled with disempowering words, substitute empowering ones. Change your language, change your life.
Example:
"I am depressed" becomes "I am a little down".
"I am exhausted" becomes "I am recharging".
"I am lonely" becomes "I am open for love".
"I have too much to do" becomes "I am seeing what I am capable of".
"I am flighty" becomes "I am spontaneous".
Resent becomes a strong sense of justice and procrastination becomes divine timing etc.
Let's see how we can be creative in our thoughts to improve the situations in our lives.
