DAY 6 (Air): Lightening Up - Letting Go While Doing More Clutter-Clearing
In Tibetan Buddhism, they believe that when you organize and clear your physical environment, then "drala" (or magic) can enter your life. If your space is messy and chaotic, then no drala will descend into it. This is the day to clear your internal clutter.
Affirmation for the Day

Today
Take time to relax; listen to soothing music; and read inspiring quotes, poems, or passages. Take a walk. Breathe.
Take 15 minutes today to empty your mind. Create a quiet place to do this by turning the ringer off on your phone and eliminating any distractions. Sit still. Breathe. If you notice a thought, do not encourage it or deny it. Let it float by like a cloud. Become empty.
Notice your schedule. Where do you devote most of your time? Be creative and manage your schedule to include creativity, relaxation and fun. You might need to delegate or eliminate certain activities that keep you in a constant state of busyness in order to acquire time.
To take it up a notch, clear the clutter/files on your computer and affirm: "With everything I release, more energy/love/abundance comes my way".
