Treat yourself to a well-rounded healing session.  Start by entering into the healing space, shutting off your phones and any other distractions.  Drink some herbal tea for hydration and give yourself permission to relax.  Pamper yourself with Karen's certified Reflexology and Reiki services.  Begin by putting your feet up to receive what feels like an incredible massage on the feet.  After a full session of increasing the circulation in the body you will continue to be pampered with a Reiki session (also known as an healing energy session).  Each individual has their own unique experience whether it is feeling waves of relaxing energy pass through their body, or a warm feeling or a tingly feeling coming through the practitioner's hands helping the client to feel even more relaxed.  The result is a wonderful overall balance of the body, mind and spirit.
