Enter into the healing space. Shut off your phone, drink some herbal tea for hydration and give yourself permission to relax. Begin with a detox foot bath and some aromatherapy. Then, put your feet up for foot reflexology which feels like an incredible foot massage. After a full session of increasing the circulation in the body through the feet, you will experience a quick Reiki (healing energy) session on the feet. Each individual has their own unique experience whether it is feeling waves of relaxing energy pass through their body, or a warm feeling or a tingly feeling coming through the practitioner's hands. Some people just feel relaxed. The result is a wonderful overall balance of the body, mind and spirit.
$80 ….... 1 hour of healing services including Reflexology and Reiki.

Karen is certified in reflexology and reiki, practitioner since 2004 and owner of Wild Heart Wellness since 2009, a service dedicated to helping people make improvements in their health. She focuses on using reflexology and reiki to help alleviate the effects of imbalance in the body, mind and spirit. Had Karen not been blessed with her own health challenges in the past, she would not have made natural health her life purpose. She believes in empowering people to spend the time to heal themselves so that they may be strong enough to help others. This is how Wild Heart Wellness began.
