Then, put your feet up for reflexology which feels like an incredible foot massage. After a full session of increasing the circulation in the body through the feet, you will continue to be pampered with progressive relaxation and a Reiki session (also known as an healing energy session). Each individual has their own unique experience whether it is feeling waves of relaxing energy pass through their body, or a warm feeling or a tingly feeling coming through the practitioner's hands helping the client to feel even more relaxed. Karen helps women who are facing challenges in their health. She grew up farming and ranching with her family in southern Alberta for many years before she ventured out to Vancouver Island to study natural health. Studying and practicing natural health helped her uncover her passion in life - to help each unique individual feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. From there she was able to take what she knew to teach others, empowering them to help themselves, and the people around them. With the support of her family she was able to follow her dream and eleven years later she returned to Alberta where she shares her passion of natural health with her home province.
